1. When selecting a suitable place for copier, we should pay attention to the protection against high temperature, dust, shock, and direct sunlight. Meanwhile, we should ensure that the ventilation is excellent, because there is a trace of ozone at the time of copying, and the operator should go to the field for ventilation and rest for a while every time. Generally, we should try to reduce the movement. If we want to move, we must move horizontally and not skew. In order to ensure the best operation, at least 90 cm should be left on the left and right sides of the machine, and 13 cm should be left on the reverse side (if the machine is connected with a finisher, about 23 cm is required). The copier should be operated and used carefully.
2. Safe and stable AC power shall be used for connection.
3. During the operation of the copier, it is necessary to cover the upper plate to reduce the impact of strong sunshine.
4. After going to work every morning, turn on the copier and preheat it for about half an hour to keep the copier dry.
5. The glass copy table of the copier should be clean and free of scratches and mottling such as correction fluid and finger print, otherwise the copy effect will be affected. If mottled, use soft glass sanitary ware to clean.
6. When the surface plate of the copier shows the red light and powder signal, the user should add toner to the copier in time. If the toner is not added in time, the copier fault or powder bump noise may occur. When adding toner, shake the toner loose and operate according to the instructions. Do not use substitute powder (fake powder), or it will cause problems such as flying powder, large bottom ash, shortening the service life of the carrier, and because of its high rate of waste powder, the practical copy yield is less than 2/3 of the real powder.
7. If you need to copy books and other documents that need to be bound, please select a copier with the “split scan feature” function. In this way, the copy shadow caused by uneven binding can be eliminated.
8. If there is a shadow in the set of your copy, dust can enter the lens of your copier. At this moment, you need to carry out professional hygiene on the copier.
9. After using the copier every time, you must wash your hands in time to eliminate the damage of residual dust on your hands.
10. Before adding copy paper, first check whether the paper is dry and clean, and then straighten out the copy paper before and after it is folded neatly and then put it into the paper tray with the same size standard. The paper in the paper tray cannot exceed the thickness allowed by the copier. Please consult the manual to determine the thickness scale. In order to keep the paper dry, you can put a box of desiccant in the paper box of the copier. After using the copy paper every day, you should wrap the copy paper and put it in the dry cabinet.
11. If the following conditions occur, please turn off the power immediately and ask the repair personnel. A. Abnormal noise in the machine; B. The machine shell becomes overheated; C. The machine is partially damaged; D. The machine is drenched by rain or water enters the machine.
12. Close the power switch of the copier and cut off the power supply when the work is off. Pull out the plug without closing the switch will easily cause machine problems.
